#LoveIsKind is all about supporting two local Enfield womens charities who do exceptional work rehousing and educating woman to leave domestic abuse environments.
As a community lets come together, buy a t-shirt, and support these two amazing charities.
All profits from the sale of the t-shirts will support this crucial and urgent work.
Enfield Saheli is a registered charity founded in 1992 to help and encourage women who are isolated, discouraged or depressed to overcome difficult periods in their lives and to take positive steps towards improving their own health and well-being in addition to discovering new opportunities for participating and benefiting from the community.
“Enfield Women’s Centre (EWC) is a registered charity first set up in the 1980’s working across a range of issues and areas to provide a safe place for local women and their families who may be marginalised or financially challenged. In addition to providing counselling, training and support, we work with individuals towards economic independence and to become stakeholders in their own community rather than passive recipients of services. We offer a range of services for women and girls experiencing violence including a Multilingual Counselling Service (since 1995), Freedom Programme course for women experiencing violence as well as Personal Development courses and social activities.”
